Aggressive Dog Training in Fort Lauderdale
Lunging at other dogs on the leash. Growling at guests. A bite you can’t un-ring. When every walk along the water feels like a security detail, you don’t need another obedience class — you need a trainer who works aggression and reactivity cases every week. Our behavior programs give you the skills, tools, and desensitization necessary to put you back in control.

Reactive or Aggressive? It Matters.
Reactivity is commonly confused with aggression. Reactive dogs overreact to certain things or situations — often driven by fear, genetics, or a lack of proper socialization. Many have specific triggers: men with beards or hats, small children, or the leash itself.
Aggression is the threat of harm — snarling, growling, snapping, biting, or lunging. It can come from guarding territory, protecting a family member, resource guarding, fear, frustration, prey drive, or pain.
The distinction decides which program your dog needs — which is why every aggression case starts with an evaluation and a free phone consultation at (754) 900-3885.
What the Training Looks Like
Our 8-lesson program folds full basic obedience into structured desensitization work: you and your dog, with a professional trainer, around other dogs, in controlled real-world scenarios — repeated until calm becomes the habit instead of the exception.
For human-aggression and bite cases, the board & train formats place your dog with a certified trainer full-time, then hand the finished work back to you with a two-hour one-on-one session.
Fort Lauderdale is a dense, dog-heavy city — sidewalks, seawalls, patios, and elevators put other dogs and strangers in your dog’s face daily. That’s exactly the environment this training is built to master.

Owners Who Were Where You Are
“We couldn’t be happier with the results from the 2 week board & train. Our mini golden doodle, Ginger, was very sassy and even aggressive towards other dogs. She still has her loving personality, but with great manners!! She’s able to walk off leash with us and listens to commands. We would highly recommend the training.”
“Off Leash K9 trained our MILO, and they were GREAT! Not only did they give us an excellent trainer, but he was a very nice and respectful person. Our dog loves him, which I think is super important as well. I highly recommend them if you ever need help with your dog.”
